Dentistry is about more than teeth—it’s about whole-body health, confidence, and long-term wellness

Dr. Joseph Chichetti and Dr. Reena Patel first met during their residencies, united by a passion for advanced, patient-centered care. Today, as partners and co-owners, they each bring over 18 years of experience and hundreds of hours of continuing education to every smile they design.

Their leadership goes beyond treatment—they have poured into building and training a team of the best hygienists, assistants, and administrative professionals in the field. Together, they create a patient experience defined by expertise, respect, and care at every touchpoint.
With comprehensive services and a philosophy rooted in whole-body wellness, our practice blends cosmetic artistry, restorative care, and advanced digital technology to deliver results that last. We are proud to serve our community not only through dentistry, but also by giving back—supporting local events, schools, and causes that make Charlotte a stronger and more vibrant community.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family, building trusted relationships, and helping you create a healthy smile for life.

Dental Care for All Stages of Life

  • Ages 4-12The Growth Years

These early years are foundational—not just for your child’s teeth, but for their confidence and overall health. At TruPath, we take a gentle, proactive approach to care. By getting to know your child early and building trust, we can guide healthy jaw and facial development while watching for issues like crowding, thumb sucking, or mouth breathing. Our focus during this stage is on prevention. We screen for airway concerns, support proper muscle function, and monitor how adult teeth are erupting—so we can spot and address problems before they become more complex. It’s about more than just teeth—we’re setting your child up for a lifetime of healthy growth.
  • Ages 13–19The Transition Years

The teenage years bring major changes—and often, major concerns. Self-esteem, orthodontics, sports injuries, even sleep and diet all play a role in oral health. At TruPath, we meet teens where they are, combining expert care with education that empowers them to take ownership of their smiles. We help navigate common issues like clenching, jaw pain, and airway development, while also building lifelong habits around hygiene and maintenance. By aligning the bite and reinforcing healthy function now, we set the stage for a confident smile and lasting wellness.
  • Ages 20–39The Foundation Years

Adulthood often means balancing aesthetics, function, and prevention. Whether you’re managing stress, considering cosmetic improvements, or navigating pregnancy-related changes, TruPath is here with a personalized approach. Many adults come to us with concerns like grinding, whitening, or missing teeth that were never replaced. We introduce concepts like function-first dentistry, ensuring that your bite is healthy and stable before any cosmetic enhancements. With the right guidance, this is the perfect time to protect your investment in your smile—and make it one you’re proud to show.
  • Ages 40–59The Resiliency Years

As we age, the wear and tear of daily life begins to show. At TruPath, we focus on helping you stay ahead of these changes with comprehensive care that strengthens and preserves. If you’re noticing discomfort from clenching or TMJ symptoms, failing dental work, or sleep issues, you’re not alone. We use advanced diagnostics to uncover the root causes and design solutions that don’t just fix—but truly restore. By blending aesthetics with long-term function, we help you maintain a strong, healthy smile that stands the test of time.
  • Ages 60+The Restoration Years

Your smile should support you through every season of life. For patients 60 and older, we take a holistic approach to dental care—one that addresses not just teeth, but overall comfort, confidence, and healthspan. Whether you’re dealing with missing teeth, dry mouth, sleep-disordered breathing, or dental work that’s wearing out, we’re here to help. Our team specializes in full-mouth rehabilitation, implant planning, and aesthetic improvements that take facial structure and bone support into account. It’s never too late to feel great about your smile—and at TruPath, we make sure you do.
