Dr Chichetti and his team showed me the true meaning of compassion, team work, and skill when I fell, face down, on the sidewalk near my house in Chapel Hill. I did some damage to my teeth and mouth. Yes, we still drive from Chapel Hill for our dental appointments because we knew years ago we had found the best!

Dr Chichetti calmly spoke with us before we left the house had his team ready for my arrival. The ladies at the front were kind and sympathetic as they guided me to the back. Esme, Dr Chichetti’s assistant, gently got me ready for Dr Chichetti who calmly explained everything he was going to do so I didn’t have any surprises. Dr Chichetti started to work his magic and repeatedly asked if I was ok. Amy Chichetti came in to give me moral support and encouragement, Dr Patel stopped in to lend moral support and reassurance, and the rest of the team worked together to ensure the other patients received great care during their appointments.

When Dr Chichetti called the next day to see how I was doing, I could honestly say that I was doing well and was confident that his skill and the team’s compassion had turned around a frightening and serious situation into a positive experience. Dr Chichetti laid out several plans based on my healing progress and I’m completely confident that I’ll have the best outcome possible.

You can be certain Chichetti and Patel Dental Wellness is THE BEST.

Dr. Chichetti is the best. He is so polite and cares so much about how you are doing during his exams or repairs. Not only is he polite to you, the patient, but to his staff as well. Always saying please and thank you to them. I would highly recommend for sure.

I've been seeing Dr. Chichetti for many years. And the service is and always have been top notch. Seems to have all the latest technology. I go every 6 months for routine cleaning and I always notice something new. Every staff member that I've come in contact with has been very professional. I've recommended a number of my family members to see this office. And when they do they are very impressed. Dr Chichetti takes the time to explain his diagnosis and although he is busy he takes his time and answers all questions. Easy parking,great customer care keep.me coming back.

How many people can say that they actually look forward to a dental visit? Not many that i’m aware of, but I do! Dr Chicetti and Dr Patel are both excellent! They have always done a great job for me and my husband. We both highly recommend them!

If anyone wants to be a member of a dental family this is the one for you. Never have I been so happy with my choice. The front desk girls to Dr Chichetti and his assistants are warm friendly and professional. I love these people.

I arrived early for my appointment and was told my hygienist was running a little late. Instead of having me wait, another employee took me for my X-rays. By the time X-rays were completed, my hygienist was ready for me. My cleaning went perfectly as usual. Dr Chichetti examined me afterwards and reviewed my X-rays. My next appointment was scheduled, my invoice paid and receipt for insurance purposes received. All in all another perfect visit.

First time visit with Dr. Patel and it went well. Office personnel made me feel comfortable. Dr. Patel explained my options and even gave me her opinion but of course it's up to me.

Excellent customer service! Dr. Patel is attentive and genuinely cares about the health of your teeth, and the hygienist is thorough and gentle, making every visit comfortable and relaxing.

We are long term happy customers of Dr Patel. Followed her all the way from Clemmons to Charlotte. If you or a family member has anxiety going to the Dentist then no more because of Dr Patel. I hope she never moves to the west coast because it will be an expensive visit. We met her assistant and the staff upfront for the first time today and they are just lovely.
